Recipes:
Seafood Cheese & Herbs Pasta:
Ingredients:
1can- Prego Cheese & Herbs Pasta sauce.
500g-Sole fillet, cut into cubes.
200g-Squid, Cleaned and cut into rings.
200g- Ready peeled mussels or clams.
4 clovers- Garlic, Chopped.
6 tbsp- Olive Oil.
250g- Penne Pasta, cook according to instructions on packet.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Fresh Oregano to garnish.
How to Cook:
1) Heat Olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, add in fish, squid and mussels.
Stir-fry over high heat until cooked. Remove seafood but leave the liquid in the pan.
2) Put in Prego Sauce and stir until heated through. Reduce heat, add in penne, salt and pepper and stir until well blended with the sauce. Lastly add in seafood, toss well and turn off fire.
3) Garnish with oregano and serve immediately.
